In the book "Fear, Food, and Feminine Power," the process outlined in Chapter 4 guides you in discovering your deeper needs, values, and inner knowing.
Chapter 5 then guides you to immerse yourself in the vibration of those needs, values, and knowings using the frequencies of sacred sound codes to shift your vibration.
To use this page as a reference and guide, search the right-hand column for the need, value, or knowing identified in the step of Illumination (chapter 4).
Then listen to the Divine Name of the divine power that calls in the frequencies that can transform your energy body. Follow the process for step 5, Transform (chapter 5).
The Divine Names are recited in Arabic by my dear friend, mentor, and teacher, Amany Shalaby. Thank you, Amany!
Note: Arabic is one of several sacred languages that invoke the frequencies of the energies of what is represented by the name. I include Arabic names here because it is the sacred language I am most familiar with. If you prefer another sacred language, such as Aramaic, Hebrew, Sanskrit, classical Mandarin, Tibetan, Old Tamil, or others, it will serve the same purpose. If you choose to use Eng lish or your native language, that works, too. A sincere heart is most important.
Anything of Truth is from The One. Mistakes are from myself.
